Introduction to Workspaces 1.0

With Workspaces you separate all the working processes. In connection with User Management this option allows to distribute the workload among all team members, fully or partially delegate the management of campaigns and elements and transfer team members between workspaces to provide or limit the access to the required elements.

If you are a solo affiliate, this feature will be definitely helpful.
Workspaces solve the issue of sorting and separating campaigns and elements from multiple verticals and assign them to separated spaces for the most convenient work.
Besides once the solo business grows the into a team, you will simply need to add the team mates into required workspaces.

Workspaces Structure

By default there are 2 workspaces available: Public and Master.

Public is a common area to which all team members have the access from their accounts.

❗️

Once you create a new team member it will automatically receive the access to Public WS and its elements.

Public is required for all the members to collaborate on commonly shared elements.

Master is the default private workspace.
A team member can be invited to Master WS by Account Owner only.

❗️

If you are currently working with BeMob, the previously created campaigns and elements will be assigned to Master WS. All the permissions for team members will be kept the way they have been set up initially by Account Owner.

As Account Owner you can create unlimited amount of Private WS to separate the required campaigns and elements and delegate the management to your team members.

Roles in Workspaces

As with User Management, there are 3 role types available with BeMob: Account Owner, Admin, User.
In terms of Workspaces these roles have the following permissions:

  • Account Owner is in charge of all the processes and has all permissions to all elements and actions.
Every element created by Admin or User in terms of their workspaces will be displayed in Admin's account.
All the report data on campaigns and elements created by the team member will be visible in Owner's account. To view the data from different WS of the team members Account Owner can select the required WS.

  • Admin has the same rights as Account Owner. The access is only limited to Domains, Subscriptions, Referral Program, Global Bot Filters and Manual Conversions Uploading.
Admin has the complete access to all workspaces and elements assigned to him by Owner.

  • User role is based on limited managing of the elements which are set up in the WS assigned to him by the Owner.
User can not archive the elements, this action is restricted in his panel. All other actions such as edit, duplicate and report are possible until Account Owner doesn't limit them through Permissions in User Management.
