I Don't know how to set up a traffic source ,my traffic source is popcash.

First of all , i want to promote a cpagrip offer , i've set up postback url on my cpagrip with the necessary tokens , but now what i Don't know is , how to setup a traffic source , do i need to post the postback url of my traffic source to my popcash account? Or to my popcash campaign? I need help!!
