Custom domain is only showing for one campaign

I setup a custom domain and only one of my campaigns' URLs are using the custom tracking domain. The other campaigns (more than 5) are still using the bemob tracking URL.

In the settings, I set the URL to "account default" and I have it set as "Main domain" - but it's still choosing just one campaign.
